We had a good experience with City Moving with our local move within the same community of Kapolei. The movers were very kind and friendly. They worked really hard, quick and careful with all our items. We had some boxes marked Fragile and they were very careful to ensure that those boxes were handled with care as well as all our other items. They did a great job as they moved our furniture pieces to the upstairs they were careful not to damage the walls and/or our furniture as they were going up the stairs. They put all our furniture back together that had to be taken apart to remove from the rooms from the other place. We were super happy and grateful how they handled everything. We appreciate City Moving for their professionalism and friendliness. Mahalo nui.

My family just moved to Arizona from hawaii and have never moved or used a moving company from the time I contacted them to the time we got our stuff in our new home they have been very professional. From the movers who loaded trucks and wrapped up our TV and big picture frames they took great care of our belongings. We got helpful reminders through email on things we should get done before moving which was was very helpful. All representatives that was in contact with me did a great job when they delivered our belongings again the gentleman took great care. I recommend them and if we move again I will use them for sure.

We recently moved from Honolulu to Orange County and had outstanding experience with City Moving. They were efficient and cared for their customer. They went out of their way to accommodate all of my requests. They followed up regularly and made sure that we were happy with their service at all times. This is a liable company and they have the best employees on board. I'll definitely use them again in the future consider their professional and great customer service.

Great Moving Company! I moved from San Diego to Kona recently. City Moving was great. The pickup was really professional, the guys that showed up did a great job. Everything arrived in one piece. We had some very valuable vases and art that was packaged perfectly. The team on the delivery end were awesome as well. I highly recommend using this company if you're planning a move to Hawaii. It made a hectic process easier for sure. My family greatly appreciates the great work.

We had a great experience with City Moving! We moved 3,000 miles from NY to Hawaii and all of our belongings arrived just the way we sent them. The pick-up was timely and professional as well as the drop off - right to our rooms in the home. We also had many calls updating us about where the cargo was in the process and when it would arrive. It was affordable and pleasant to work with James who was assigned to us as our contact. My sister had recommended City Moving to us because she worked for an agency that hired many people moving to the islands and City Moving was at the top of her list!

The City Moving agents I dealt with were informative, prompt in their responses, and thorough. The movers at both ends (in Hawaii and Massachusetts) were fast, careful and professional. All of my belongings arrived well before the estimated delivery date and no damage had been incurred over the almost 6,000 mile trip. It was a very reasonably priced service and would strongly recommend using this company on your next move.

I had a great experience with City Moving. The movers who picked up and dropped off were friendly fast and very careful with our items. I received in-transit updates without asking and was even sent pictures of my items once they were loaded into the packing container. Everything arrived in identical condition to when it was picked up. They were picked for their cost, and delivered on quality!

I moved from PA to HI. They showed up when they said they would. Securely protected and packed my furniture. Kept me informed of it's progress throughout the move. Again in HI, they showed up when promised, did a great job unpacking and placed the furniture where I wanted. I had one box out of about 20 that was slightly damaged. Some of the contents had come out of it but everything was collected and nothing was lost or harmed. Overall, I was VERY pleased with their service. Thanks George and Danny (sales and coordination) for a great move! I forget the names of the guys from PA and HI that packed and unpacked my stuff but they were excellent as well.

I’m very impressed with this moving company. Times are rough and people are fleeing to more cost effective places to live. Wow fast service it took 1 month from hawaii to Florida. This company moved my syblings family from hawaii to Florida a year ago and now myself and my family from hawaii too. The price was affordable (over 34 boxes) I did all the packing nope correction my mother did all the packing and I provided all the sizes of the boxes to the company thank gawd the company didn’t ask for the weight of the boxes All they wanted were the quantities and the sizes of the boxes. Weight didn’t matter to them I didn’t take before pictures unfortunately I was being a cheapskate buying just the basic boxes from Lowes (not strong moving boxes) I bought storage boxes and I bought cheap packing tape. From the pictures which is the end result of the move shows how much pride and care for their customers. My boxes survived and boxes intact. All the way from hawaii to Florida. Just wanted say thank you to RICHARD who was my point of contact on setting up the billing and logistics of the move communication was awesome and to NICK (he is a very kind soul) the delivery driver who took great care on unloading and placing my belongings. This company took care of my family needs and I have already recommended them to family and friends that are moving too Company’s name is well deserved. We are very HAPPY and thank you again for alleviating the stress of moving.
